Q: How long are the
visits?
Visits are 30 minutes where we provide care and attention for
your pet. If required to complete the visit, sometimes the
duration of the visit is longer.
Q: What happens if my pet gets sick?
Their condition will be monitored and you will be notified and
informed of the situation. If needed we will transport your
pet to your vet. In case you do not have a vet, we have
relationships with several vet hospitals we can utilize.
Q: Do you administer medications?
Yes. We can provide specialized requirements such as
administering pills, drops, injections, and subcutaneous
fluids.
Q: What forms of payment do you
accept and when is it due?
We accept checks, cash, or you may make a secured payment
online via this website. New clients can pay half of the
payment at the start of the visits and pay the balance when
they return. Full payment is due for existing clients on the
first visit.
Q: Do you work on holidays?
Yes. There is a $10 holiday fee for the following holidays:
New Year's Eve, New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and
Christmas Day.
Q: Do I need to give you a key?
98% of our clients have their key on file. You may either do
this, or leave the key hidden somewhere on your property, or
have us pick up and drop off the key. There is a $10 pick up
fee and $10 drop off fee.
Q: Are my key safe with you?
Yes! There are kept in a secure lock box. Each tagged key is
only identified by your pet's name which prevents any
identification the keys by others.
